U.S. ‘Conquered’ with New Shluchim to South Dakota
The Rebbe’s army of Shluchim have ‘conquered’ the United States, with a new couple moving out on Shlichus to the final state in the union which has not yet had a permanent Shliach – Rabbi Mendel and Mussie (nee Shemtov) Alperowitz and their children will be moving on Shlichus to the state of South Dakota.

Over 5,000 Shluchim and their guests will convene at the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal, one of the largest shipping terminals in New York City, for the Grand Gala Banquet that will conclude the annual International Conference of Chabad Emissaries. A new Sefer Torah was dedicated today with a joyous ceremony, which began with a procession marching through the streets of Crown Heights accompanied by lively music and dancing. The new Torah was dedicated in the memory of Rebbetzin Devorah Gutnick OBM by her children.
