Today, 20 Cheshvan, marks the birthday of the fifth Rebbe of Chabad, the Rebbe Rashab. From the very beginnings of the Chassidic Movement, select students of the Baal Shem Tov and the Maggid were entrusted with the task to “disseminate the wellsprings of Chassidism to the outside.”
Alternate side parking (street cleaning) regulations will be suspended Friday and Saturday, November 10 and 11, for Veterans Day. All other regulations, including parking meters, remain in effect.
