NBA Teams Partner with Chabad for a Night of Jewish Pride
The American Airlines Arena in Miami, was transformed into a Chanukah celebration this Sunday as the Miami Heat hosted their tenth annual Jewish Heritage Night with Chabad of Florida. They join teams in all divisions of both the Eastern and Western Conferences hosting similar events this Chanukah.

IDF Soldiers Prep for Tunnel Op with Menorahs, Dancing, and Donuts
Yeshivah students from Safed brought the light of Chanukah, and danced with IDF troops in Metulla prior to an operation in which the troops destroyed a 40 meter long tunnel built by the Iranian-backed terror group Hezbollah. The tunnel started in the Lebanese town of Kfarkela and snaked into Metulla, an Israeli town of 1,000 surrounded on three sides by Lebanon.

The funeral of President George H.W. Bush got underway on Wednesday, with US and foreign dignitaries gathered to commemorate the life of a World War Two hero, Cold War veteran, and former head of the CIA, who went on to represent an era of civility in US politics.
Chabad of Melbourne CBD Brings Chanukah to the Parliament House
Chabad of Melbourne CBD held their annual Chanukah Menorah Lighting in Parliament House on the 2nd Day of Chanukah. Under the direction of the Central Business District’s Shliach, Rabbi Chaim Herzog, Chabad has now been hosting the event, which takes place in the Parliament of Victoria for eighteen years.

NYPD Drones Now Flying Over NYC
The NYPD has just unleashed their fleet of drones to help crime fighting in NYC. The new drones, of various sizes, will be a sigh of relief from residence of high crime areas as a possible replacement for the loud helicopters presently used.

A massive fire in Beit Midrash Morasha of Capetown, South Africa has left complete destruction, with only a single Torah, and some seforim surviving the blaze. No one was hurt in the fire.

Terror Tunnel Discovered on Israel-Lebanon Border
IDF forces on Tuesday discovered a cross-border terror tunnel from a south Lebanon village into Israeli territory. The IDF released surveillance footage of its construction, as well as a clip of the inside of the tunnel.
