A First for Jamaica: Governor-General Declares Education and Sharing Day
For the first-time ever, the tiny Carribean island Jamaica at just over 4,000 sq. miles, declared April 16, 2019 as Education and Sharing Day. “This is incredibly historic,” says Rabbi Yaakov Raskin, Chabad rabbi and emissary to the island, of this first.

When one of the children would start to cry, the Rebbe, as a three year old, would approach each one in their own way to calm them down. These photos are allegedly from that cellar in Russia.
