Community Board to Vote on Rezoning of Crown Heights
Tomorrow, Tuesday, February 25, Community Board 9 – which encompasses the southern and largely Jewish half of Crown Heights – will gather for their monthly meeting. Among other items on the agenda, the board will vote on whether a study should done on the impact of a zoning change of the Jewish area of the neighborhood from R-2 to 2-6.

A synagogue firebombed in eastern Ukraine sustained minor damage. The firebombs hit the Giymat Rosa Synagogue in Zaporizhia, located 250 miles southeast of Kiev, on Sunday night.
