As the International Kinus Hashluchim draws over 6,500 Shluchim and supporters from around the world, this year’s closing gala will include a deeply personal moment: the completion of a Sefer Torah written in L’ilui Nishmas Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky, A”H, the beloved chairman of the Kinus.
Born in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco, she built a life in Israel as a teacher, a mother, and a woman of deep faith. But tragedy struck again and again: her firstborn, Uriel, fell in Lebanon in 1998. Her second son, Eliraz, was killed in Gaza in 2010.
