The Jewish community of Vinnitza, Ukraine was grief stricken, and crying could be heard throughout the masses who gathered to partake in the Levaya of Hatomim Gedalia Greenzayd, OBM, a Yeshiva student who was tragically killed in a terrible accident earlier this week.
This morning, a tragic accident claimed the life of 25-year-old Gedalia Greenzayd, a special Tomim who friends and acquaintances described as a quiet Bochur with a large following. He organized ‘unofficial’ Shiurim in Inyonei Geulah U’Moshiach, and learned diligently with many ‘new’ Bochurim. He merited to an amazing spiritual journey which brought him to Chabad – twice.

Rabbi Yisroel Deren and Chavi Altein will be sitting shiva at 1378 Union St. [between Kingston and Brooklyn Aves.] on Motzei Shabbos, and will be joined by the rest of the siblings there on Sunday.
