New Initiative in Crown Heights, Shiurim!

As part of a new initiative starting in several buildings in order to offer convenient learning locations to strengthen the Limmud Hatorah in crown heights, a new Shiur in Gemara Maseches Makos was started for the residents of 770 Empire Blvd.

This initiative is in memory of Menachem Mendel ben Yiblach”t R. Levi Yitzchok Sheyichye.

Yechiel and his wife Chana Dvorah (nee Perl) Goldberg will be sitting Shiva for the passing of their daughter in their home at 760 Montgomery St APT 5E, they will begin sitting on Isru Chag (Monday) though Friday.

The times for the Tefilos are as follows: 8:00am Shacris, 6:00pm Mincha and 7:00pm Maariv

Baruch Dayan Ha’emes – Chaya Tzirel Goldberg OB”M

It is with great pain and sadness we inform you of the sudden tragic and very untimely passing, of Chaya Tzirel Goldberg. The 1-year-old daughter of Yechiel and Chana Devorah (nee Perl) Goldberg of Crown Heights.

The Levaya will be Tomorrow, Monday morning. The motorcade should be leaving Shomrei Hadas chapel at approximately 10:45 am and will then proceed, passing 770 at approximately 11:15 am.

Boruch Dayan Ha’emes – Chana Kolodny OB”M

It is with great pain and sadness we inform you of the very sudden, shocking and untimely passing of Chana Kolodny at young age of 17. Chana was studying in Machon Morasha in Yerushalayim. She leaves behind her parents, Yosef and Shifra, brother Yitzchok and sister Menucha and Bracha Malka Hackner (England).

The Levaya will be Tomorrow [Thursday] Morning at 10:30 and will be leaving from the Shamgar chapel in Yerushalayim and the Levaya will proceed to Har Hamenuchos.

The mother, Shifra and sister Menucha will be sitting Shivah in Israel at 16 Agasi Rd. (Rechov Agasi) Apt. 12 in Har Nof, Yerushalayim and can be contacted at 011-972-57-7438643

With sadness we inform you of the passing of Reb Yosef ben Schneur Zalman Vilenkin OBM of Crown Heights. He passed away Shabbos afternoon at the age of 91.

The Levaya will be Today [Sunday] and will be leaving at 10:00am from the Shomrai Hadaas Chapel and will be passing by 770 at around 10:30am.

Reb Yosef leaves behind his wife Mrs. Sonia Vilenkin, daughters Mrs Riva Barash and Mira Vilenkin and his sister Mrs. Chana Schapiro.

TRAGEDY: Daughter Of The Shliach in Kiryat Arba Passes Away in Tragic Fire

Chaya Mushka Attaya Z”L a Shlucha of 8 years old and daughter to Shliach R. Victor Attaya to Kiryat Arba – Chevron passed away in a fire. A little after 12:00pm (GMT +2:00 Jerusalem Time) word was received of a fire in a home adjacent to that of the Attaya’s with a girl trapped inside.

Fire and Police responded to the burning home gained control over the fire immidiatly, but were too late to save the girls life, she passed away on scene from her injuries. The cause for the fire is still under investigation.

Mushky was a student in the second grade at Bais Chaya school in Beitar Eilit, and was loved by everyone who knew her. The Levaya left from the Atiya residence at 5:30 this evening, and she was laid to rest in the Jewish Cemetery in Chevron. Barouch Dayan HoEmes.
