alot of times you post something new and for some reason it ends up further down then some older posts so people dont bother to scroll down since they think there is nothing new. Why is this?

This is done sometimes due an items importance or lack of thereof. We would bring more pressing issues up front while pushing down items of less importance.
We are going to add in a ‘Last Updated’ notice on the site so you can know if there were any changes since your last visit, this way you would know if to scroll down or not.
