Seventh Children’s Sefer Torah Completed Forty Years After First

The first children’s Sefer Torah was finalized in 5741 (1981), on the 20th day of the Hebrew month of Av, the anniversary of the passing of the Rebbe’s father. Exactly 40 years later, the seventh Torah scroll was finished in the same place.
