During Chanukah Students Bring Joy To A fellow Jew

Lubavitch Elementary School carried out an inspiring new project in honor of a young boy named Leizer Galperin. Leizer, who is from Kiryat Malachi in Israel, was severely injured, with burns over 80% of his body, when a fire broke out last summer while the family was home.

Chanukah Celebration Bathes Mumbai’s Gateway to India in Light

Mumbai, India’s Jewish community celebrated Chanukah with increased vigor, continuing a tradition begun by the slain directors of the city’s Chabad-Lubavitch center by lighting a towering menorah at the Gateway to India monument.

MONTANA — The Livingston wind took a few liberties with the lights but didn’t dampen spirits Monday night at a Chanukah celebration in Depot Rotary Park.

Chnuakah in Wilkes-Barre, PA

Thursday evening, the 2nd night of Chanukah (Dec. 2nd), a crowd of over 100 people gathered on Public Square in Wilkes-Barre, for the annual Bais Menachem Menorah lighting. The atmosphere was made very festive by a live musical performance of the Bais Menachem Band.

8 Days of Chanukah at Chabad of Kentucky

Wednesday night the 1st night of Chanukah over 60 cars (120 people) partook in the annual Chanukah Menorah Parade in Louisville Kentucky. The 6 mile long Parade made its way to The Summit mall where Mayor-elect Greg Fischer Light the Beautiful Menorah.

Virginia, on Monday the 6th night of Chanukah, the Shluchim with two dozen Menorah Cars streamed into Rabbi Levi’s Chabad House in Tysons Corner, Virginia.
