6 Dead, 3 Wounded Critically in Haifa Crash
Reports of a major crash in Haifa, Israel that has claimed the lives of at least six people are coming in. Police are investigating the cause of the collisions, in which a truck smashed into a number of cars and pedestrians and may have been intentional. Police confirms that the crash was the result of failed brakes and not a terrorist attack. UPDATES.

Speeding, Inclement Weather Leads to Massive Accident
A number of people were hurt after a speeding car collided with a commercial van on Albany Avenue, miraculously none of the injuries were serious. At the scene police arrested one of the drivers.

A driver of a eighteen wheeled tractor trailer smashed into a cop car and injured a police officer outside the 71st precinct, then fled the scene. A chase across two precinct led to the apprehension of the driver who was drunk.
