A Jewish man riding a bicycle was run over this morning by a “dollar cab” which ran a red light. The driver then fled the scene of the accident.

Over one hundred people enjoyed a Lag Ba’omer Barbecue and Drum circle at Chabad of Brooklyn Heights on Wednesday night. The atmosphere was magical, as a busy street in Downtown Brooklyn was blocked off with the sounds of laughter and Drumming.
Tens of thousands of people have flocked to Meron to honor Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai for the traditional Lag Ba’Omer bonfire lighting.
