Recognizing the negative effect it has on the crime rate, police have been actively cracking down of the practice of 'Playing hooky,' by local teens who belong in High School. One such delinquent, who was loitering around 770 during the children's parade this morning, was picked up and taken back to school by the police.

    these are the same kids that jump on to subway tracks ,
    these are the same kids who beat up bochurim ,
    theses are the same kids who steal cell phones and I pads from our girls and bochurim .

    AGREED! WE LOVE THE NEW POLICE CHIEF!!!! The dude, in the few short weeks he’s had the position, did more to extinguish crime on our streets than the guy who was ousted not too long ago did in his entire stay at the 7-1

    That cop on the left in the light blue is Constable Duuuuuh. It took him 42 attempts to pass his police exam. Because he kept spelling his NAME WRONG.

    The sad thing is that these kids are learning more by skipping school than they are by going.

    After all, theft, drug dealing and soliciting will be these kids’ future careers. Courses in such practical disciplines are not offered at Wingate.

    This is why we need a good liberal mayor after Bloomberg. Board of Education requirements need to reflect the culture in which students are raised as well as being in tune with their career requirements.
