In this undated video, a person who arranged a shiur on Igros Moshe found a flagrant editing of a Tshuva from Reb Moishe Feinstein, and felt it was important to make a public protest. There are two versions of the Igros Moishe, one for America and one version for Eretz Yisroel. The honorifics Reb Moishe wrote for the Rebbe in his Teshuvah were removed for the Israeli version.
