Chabad of the Valley Gimmel Tammuz Farbrengen with Rabbi Groner

Tarzana, CA — Anash and Shluchim converged from all over Southern California on Tuesday evening, Gimmel Tammuz, joining Chabad of the Valley and its Shluchim and the well more than 1000 participants in commemoration of the 13th Yahrzeit Hilulah of the Rebbe at Chabad of the Valley’s majestic headquarters in Tarzana, California. This was clearly the largest Gimmel Tammuz event in the State of California.

Gimmel Tammuz Farbrengen in Sydney, Australia

Sydney, Australia — Last night Gimel Tamuz, there was a huge Farbrengen in the Yeshiva Centre in Sydney, Australia. The Guest speaker was the Rebbe’s Chozer, Rabbi Yosef Y. Jacobson, who left the 600 guests mesmerized with his brilliant manner of delivering the Rebbe’s insights and how they relate to today and now!

Rishon Letzion Rav Mordechai Eliyahu Visited the Ohel

Cambria Heights, NY — Earlier on today the Rishon Letzion Harav Mordechai Eliyahu along with his entourage came to visit the ohel.

The Rishon Letzion is known for his great support for Chabad and the Rebbe, and was Zoche to a series of very special Keruvim from the Rebbe. During his visits the Rebbe would often relate special sayings, such as “Moshiach is already at the doorstep, all we need to do is open the door and bring him in”.

Yeshivas Hatmimim of Parksville NY Receives Smicha

Parksville, NY — On Monday, beis Tammuz, eleven new Rabbonim concluded their studies at Yeshivas Hatmimim of Parksville NY which is headed by Rabbi Mordechai Stern and recieved their Semicha.

The young Rabbonim were tested four times this year by HoRav Gavriel Zinner of Boro Park the author of the famous seforim “Nitey Gavriel”, who praised the bochurim for their amazing knowledge in all parts of subjects they studied.

People from All Walks of Life Begin Visiting the Ohel

Cambria Heights, NY — People from all walks of life came to Daven and read Panim at the Ohel. Beginning from the early evening hours the lines extended as far as the street and lasted as long as 2 hours.

The Vaad HaMesader arranged that this year each group of people going into the Ohel would have 2 minutes the read their Panim and this worked well and kept the lines flowing.

Gimel Tamuz: the Individual Connection with the Rebbe

On this auspicious day of Gimmel Tammuz, a person might think; of what significance am I in the Rebbe’s “grand plan”? The Rebbe is investing in the potential of the Jewish nation as a whole to bring the Geula. As an individual person how do I fit into the picture? How much do I count?

Some stories that I have heard from distinguished people follow. These stories teach us that the Rebbe is connected with every Yid on an individual and personal level.

The “Pan Kloli” will be read at 12:00pm on Tuesday at the Ohel.

The new Mikvah – Mikvah Meir on Kingston & Montgomery will have extended hours, Monday & Tuesday: 4:30AM – 7:00 PM. The price is $3.00 per person.

For the first time ever there will be air conditioned coach buses leaving every hour – on Tuesday, Gimmel Tammuz – to the Ohel from Kingston & Eastern Parkway. The price is $10 for a roundtrip.

The Gimmel Tammuz Farbrengens will take place on Tuesday night at Bais Rivkah Campus Chomesh and at 770.
