Hachnosas Safer Torah in Memory of Izzy Woonteiler OBM
CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn [CHI] — Last year a Lubavitcher Bochur Yisroel (Izzy) Woonteiler was killed in a fatal accident in Los Angeles, California when a pickup truck hit him as he was getting out of his car.
Yesterday, marking his first yahrtzeit his parents Reuven and Basya Wintheiler dedicated a new Sefer Torah in 770 that they had written especially in his memory.

Saratoga’s Shalom Success!
SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY [CHI] — Young and old, from as close as Albany and as far as Israel joined to celebrate Jewish food, art and music in the heart of Saratoga’s historic Congress Park.
