Attempted Break-in Friday Afternoon
CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — Friday afternoon, a woman preparing for Shabbos was startled when someone tried gain access to her house through the back door. The incident took place at 3:00pm, in the alleyway of Carroll and Crown St between Albany and Troy Ave.
The staff of Ohel Chabad Lubavitch is asking whoever is planning to spend the Shabbos after Gimmel Tammuz near the Ohel, should notify the office at info@ohelchabad.org or call 718-723-4545.
The accommodations provided this year will include a very large tent situated a 5 minute walk from the Ohel which can hold up to a thousand people.

Five Towns Gan Chamesh’s Preschool March in Parade
CEDARHURST, NY [CHI] — Friday morning parents and families gathere in the Five Towns to watch Gan Chamesh preschool students march in their annual year end graduation parade. CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn [CHI] — A Bochur riding his bike home from Yeshiva was struck by a car as he crossed Eastern Parkway and sustained injuries. The incident happened last night, Thursday, at the intersection of Kingston Avenue.
