Crown Heights, NY – In a stunning development, the Crown Heights pizza store known affectionately as ‘The Kretchme’, will now be under the supervision of the Crown Heights Beth Din. The store’s owner, Reb Yossel Motchkin, said that this move follows the announcement from its current supervisory establishment, known as ‘Hashgochas HaBeolim’, that they will be going out of business due to the bad economy.

Although he did not live in Crown Heights Reb Isaac was an ‘askan’ and activist who gave his life and soul for our neighborhood, and was a Kingston Avenue shop keeper where he sold groceries for many years.

Reb Isaac was from the very first Hatzalah members in Crown Heights, and was a Crown Heights Shomrim Coordinator.

The Levaya will take place on Sunday, and will be leaving from the Shomrei Hadas Chapel at 11:30am and passing by 770 at around 12:15pm from there the Levaya will continue to the Montefiore cemetery in Queens.
