In the letter the group begins with the significance of Tznius behavior and dress. Then touches on their campaign, where its states; “…individuals have committed themselves to patronize only those stores that are committed to operate in congruence with.. ..standards of Chassidishe Shchuneh.” It also lists a few stores who have committed themselves to this campaign. The letter is signed by both Rabbi Osdoba and Rabbi Schwei.
