Elderly Driver Suffers Heart Attack and Crashes
A driver crashed her car in to an electricity pole at the intersection of Maple Street and Kingston Avenue Monday evening after suffering a heart attack while at the wheel. The driver, an elderly black woman, was driving down Maple when for no apparent reason crashed directly into the pole and a relatively slow speed.

Baby Moshe Still Awaits Compensation
Grandfather of baby Moshe, one of the youngest survivors of the 26/11 terrorist attacks, is still waiting for an announcement regarding compensation for his grandson.
Moshes parents, Rabbi Gavriel Holtzberg and his wife Rivka, were among five hostages killed at Nariman House, the Chabad Jewish centre at Colaba. Moshe, who is half American, was rescued by his Indian nanny Sandra Samuel.

Chabad Westside Early Learning Center Students Sing for Israeli War Veterans
The Pre-k class of the Chabad Early Learning Center of the West Side met with 10 IDF veterans last Wednesday, May 26 at a brunch. The kids thanked them for their service protecting the Jewish people and the holy land of Israel.

Cheder Chabad of Monsey Celebrates 11 Years!
Cheder Chabad of Monsey hosted a beautiful gala reception in honor of its 11th year anniversary this past Sunday night held in the grand ballroom of the Cheder Chabad of Monsey’s Girls Building.
When Daniel Popov’s grandmother was a little girl, she was rounded up with her family by the Nazis, and made to wait for a transport. As they were standing in line, the little girl’s mother asked her to get her some water. Strangely, the Nazi officer allowed her out of the line. When she returned, everyone was gone. The entire group had been transported to Zmievskaya Balka, where they were murdered.
