This Sunday Pre 1-A of Oholei Torah had a Father and Son Model Seder. The boys each had their own Kaara and Haggadah. They each read from their Haggadah and said each of the steps of the Seder in Yiddish. What nachas it was to see 100 five years olds reading Kiddush from the Haggadah. Rabbi Goldstein also played music accompany the Seder.

It was a very bizarre scene which unfolded on Kingston Avenue on Shabbos afternoon. As people were heading to Shul for Mincha, 4 Bochurim were being taken by police officers in handcuffs down Kingston and to the police station.

Chabad of Westwood California hosted an Exodus, Model Matzah Bakery. Taking the Children through the story of Pesach and at the end get to bake their own Mattzah. Over 5000 children participated and enjoyed the show.

1. As a preparation to the upcoming inauguration of the Mishkan (the Tabernacle) which begins in next week’s Torah portion (Parshas Tzav) and continues through the portion after that (Parshas Shemini), this week’s Torah portion talks all about the various offerings.
2. The order in which the Torah decides to tell us about the offerings is first to discuss the offerings which were voluntary offerings, such as the Burnt Offering (Korban Olah), the Meal Offering (Korban Mincha), and the Peace Offering (Korban Shelamim), and then to tell us about the obligatory offerings, such as the Sin Offering (Korban Chatas), and the Guilt Offering (Korban Asham).
3. The Rebbe now questions this order of instructions:
