PISACAWAY, NJ [CHI] — Nearly 100 Chabad Mechanchim, Torah educators, convened at the Radisson Hotel in Piscataway NJ. For two days they left the world behind to plan for its future. The Rabbinical Council of Victoria this week conducted a three day Rabbinical Arbitration Course. The course was opened by the Victorian Attorney General, The Hon. Rob Hulls MP, who congratulated the RCV and the participating rabbis for being “champions of Alternative Dispute Resolution”.
