Chicago’s Chanukah Parade and Menorah Lighting

This year’s Chicago Chanukah Parade, organized by Lubavitch Chabad of Illinois, concluded with a beautiful outdoor ceremony overlooking the most scenic point in the Chicago. The parade consisted of Menorahs mounted on cars, vans, and a stretch Hummer, pick up trucks with Menorahs on the back, and was led by the Mitzvah Mobile and a police escort.

AG, Community Celebrate Chanuka with Chabad

SYDNEY [CHI] — After weeks of hard work by the Rabbinical and Mesivta students of the Yeshiva Centre – Chabad NSW HQ, Car Menoros and Chanukah Flags were set on top of cars and vans and even a stretch limousine in order to parade through the streets of Sydney and remind people of the great miracles of Chanukah.

CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — Regency Cleaners and Gombos Bakery were both the victims of a robbery and an attempted robbery early this morning. The dry cleaner was broken in to and a charity box was stolen, while at the bakery the thief did not manage to get it, but he caused damage.
