iLearn’s Summer Program began today in full swing. The morning’s classes were started by Rabbi Mendel Levin, who taught the first lesson in a series about the halachos of brachos. The completion of a Sefer Torah was celebrated in the Israeli town of Nes Tziyona, at the Chabad center directed by Rabbi Shagi Har-Shefer.
