Binghamton University hosted a special event to remember the victims of the September 11, 2001 attacks. The 10th annual Mitzvah Marathon was held outside the University Union, hosted by the Chabad Center for Jewish Student Life and in conjunction with Hillel at Binghamton.

Kehot Has Successful Year, 246,000 Seforim Published

The Kehot Publication Society’s production department, at its end-of-year meeting, has released some figures for the outgoing year of 5772. “Between new titles and reprints we published some 246,877 volumes,” says production coordinator Rabbi Mendel Laine. Breaking down the numbers: “we published 36 new titles and reprinted 78 old titles.”
