Video: Rabbi Lau Speaks at Grave of Rescuer

About a month ago, the Jewish community of Rostov, Russia held a march to commemorate the 27,000 lives lost at the Nazi perpetrated Zmievskaya Balka massacre.

Attending the event was former chief Rabbi of Israel, Rabbi Israel Meir Lau, who also visited visited the burial place of the non-Jewish prisoner who took him under his guardianship in the Buchenwald concentration camp, and saved his life.
