Last Shabbos close to 100 young adults attended the annual DaMinyan Shabbaton at the Foothills Conference Centre in Melbourne. The beautiful and tranquil surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for an atmosphere of relaxation, introspection and focus.

Women from all over Australia gathered at Chabad of North Shore in Sydney this past Rosh Chodesh Elul for the 17th Annual Nshei uBnos Chabad Convention. The convention theme was expressed in the pasuk from the Rebbe’s Kapital, “Wisdom begins with the fear of G-d, it is sound intelligence for all its practitioners: (thus) a person’s praise will endure forever.” (Tehillim 111:10).

Or did you (finally!) buy a home only to realize that you’re stuck with a bottomless-pit mortgage that feels like a deadly curse with a vague promise of sometime in the foggy future home-ownership?

Camp F.R.E.E. Never Ends
The summer has flown by quickly, and most summer camps have ended their programs a full week ago. There was one camp, however, that gave its campers a few extra days to enjoy the camp experience. Camp F.R.E.E. – Gan Israel of Brooklyn continued until Friday, August 24th, concluding with a grand banquet and awards presentation.
