With sadness we inform you of the passing of Reb Moshe Teleshevsky, OBM, of Crown Heights. Reb Moshe, affectionately known as the Rebbe’s Chazzan, passed away this morning, on the second day of the Yomtov of Sukkos.

The Beis Din of Crown Heights has released a pamphlet – in both English and Hebrew – which contains instructions for many customs and Halachos, as well as the answers to many questions regarding the upcoming Yomim Tovim of Sukkos, Shmini Atzeres and Simchas Torah.

Miami Students Raise the Bar for Sukkos Mivtzoim

In the merit of a speedy recovery for Emanuel ben Yenta and L.E.C. student Miriam bas Chana Tova, LEC students have pledged a Sukkos holiday of ahavas Yisroel—love for their fellow Jews. No stranger to projects of this sort, the students of Lubavitch Elementary School are taking their goal this year to the next level. Their pledge is to help at least 6,000 local residents fulfill the mitzvah of lulav and esrog and eating in a sukkah.

Video: Israeli Bochurim Cut Across Eastern Parkway

Despite barriers erected by the Police Department to deter such activities, many Israeli Bochurim visiting Crown Heights for Tishrei continue to cut across Eastern Parkway, dodging speeding traffic and crating a major hazard.
