New Maamar Published in honor of Chof Daled Teves

In honor of the 200th Yohrtzeit of the Alter Rebbe on Chof Daled Teves, Kehot published a Maamar, which was compiled by Vaad Hanachos b’Lahak and was given over by the Frierdiker Rebbe on the eve of Chof Daled Teves in the Tzemach Tzedek Shul in Baltimore before a crowd of around 1,500 in the year 1930.
