The truth is, we’re grateful every day for what we have; that only two terrorists arrived in our city and didn’t succeed, that the rockets that landed around us didn’t hurt anyone, despite the destruction done.

Aggarwala today announced that the city has initiated the next phase of its expanded collection enforcement actions against approximately 2,400 chronically-delinquent water service accounts that owe the city a total of $102 million.
