Over 3,000 Chabad Shluchos and their guests gathered Sunday evening for a Gala Banquet at the Manhattan Hilton Hotel, the culmination and highlight of the five-day International Conference of Women Emissaries.
On Sunday morning, the Shluchos gathered for a resource fair at the Oholei Torah ballroom, with vendors and innovators introducing the attendees to various programs, products and ideas to enhance their Shlichus back home.
