From the onset of Israel’s war against Hamas, there has been an extraordinary sense of unity among Jewish people around the world. Jewish people of all backgrounds have been asking themselves what they can do for their brothers and sisters in Israel. In many communities, public rallies have been organized to demonstrate solidarity with Israel and to counter the growing anti-Semitic vitriol that is sweeping the globe.

NYC Speed Limit to Be Reduced to 25 MPH
Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed legislation Saturday to lower New York City’s speed limit from 30 mph to 25 mph, saying slowing down will cut down on pedestrian and motorist deaths. The new limit is expected to go into effect in three months, once the city approves its own law formalizing it.

“My Father Was Killed in a Hate Crime”
Shuly Labkowsi, the daughter of Reb Yosef Raksin HYD, spoke out on Motzai Shabbos, calling the murder of her father a hate crime and demanded that police investigate it as such.

Lubavitcher Critically Injured in ATV Crash
A Lubavitcher was seriously injured in a ATV crash in the Evergreen Estates bungalow colony in Loch Sheldrake, NY. The man, who was riding the vehicle with his daughter, was airlifted to Westchester Medical Center and is listed in critical condition. Please say Tehillim for Tzvi Hersh ben Guttel.
