Lubavitcher Principal Receives Prestigious Award

Among three principals to receive a prestigious award for outstanding Jewish education was the Lubavitcher principal of the Harkham Hillel Hebrew Academy in Beverly Hills, California. Rabbi Yisroel Baruch Sufrin received the Covenant Award at a ceremony in Washington, DC.

New Shluchim to Ukraine

24 years ago, in the summer of 1990, 8-month-old Mendel joined his parents, Rabbi Moishe and Miriam Moskovitz, as one of the first families of Shluchim to the Soviet Union as communism began to fall.
