Giant Menorah Lit in Center of Springfield
Last night, Rabbi Chaim Kosofsky was joined by Springfield, Massachusetts, Mayor Domenic Sarno and Congressman Richard Neil for a Menorah lighting ceremony in Court Square. Also, children from the Lubavitcher Yeshiva Academy filled the courtyard to see the Menorah lit, which it was so big it had to be lit with a lift.

Bomb Threat at 770 Forces Evacuation
A bomb threat targeting 770 was called into 911 and forced a complete evacuation of the buildings. Taking no chances, the NYPD enlisted the help of the neighborhoods volunteer patrol Shomrim to assist with the evacuation.
