This shabbos is Shabbos mevorchim, Elul. As is well known, during this month we increase in all of our mitzvos, but Shulchan Aruch notes and stresses that we should especially increase in the three aspects of learning Torah, tefilla and tzedoka. So, when I was told the following story a few weeks ago about How To Daven, I immediately decided to use it for this week’s post, Shabbos Mevorchim Elul.
