In a stinging rebuke disseminated across social media, Rabbi’s Yosef Braun and Rabbi Avraham Osdoba of the Crown Heights Bais Din made it clear that people should be vigilant, but should act this Shabbos as they act every Shabbos. Rabbi Braun forcefully makes it clear that no person is authorized to make any claims in the name of the Bais Din, and that there is no heter to carry weapons this shabbos, even with a Shinoi.

Being that this Tes Kislev is the 250th year since the birth of the Mitteler Rebbe, (who was born in 5534/1773), I decided to write a few articles about some aspects of his life.
