He was accompanied by his son Rabbi Mendy Kotlarsky, Executive Director of Merkos 302, and was spotted in deep conversation with Rabbi Arthur Schneier, Senior Rabbi of the historic Park East Synagogue, where Helfgot is Chief Cantor.
