In this week’s edition of Letter & Spirit, in honor of Yud Tes Kislev – Chag Ha’ge’ula and Rosh Hashana of Chassidus, we present a letter from the Rebbe in which he writes about the Halachic obligation for every Jew to learn Chassidus.
