The Beis Din of Crown Heights has released a pamphlet – in both English and Hebrew – which contains instructions for many customs and Halachos, as well as the answers to many questions regarding the upcoming Yomim Tovim of Sukkos, Shmini Atzeres and Simchas Torah.

In the merit of a speedy recovery for Emanuel ben Yenta and L.E.C. student Miriam bas Chana Tova, LEC students have pledged a Sukkos holiday of ahavas Yisroel—love for their fellow Jews. No stranger to projects of this sort, the students of Lubavitch Elementary School are taking their goal this year to the next level. Their pledge is to help at least 6,000 local residents fulfill the mitzvah of lulav and esrog and eating in a sukkah.
In honor of Sukkos, CrownHeights.info and the Avner Institute present this unique, newly-released collection of photos taken during the month of Tishrei in the years 5742 and 5743 (1981 and 1982). With special thanks to Rabbi Pinny Lew.
As part of their comprehensive social skills program, this past week, boys from Cheder Darchai Limud put up a team effort and learned how to build a Sukkah.
