CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — A suitcase - which has been sitting on Eastern Parkway near Brooklyn Avenue for a few days - was called in to 911 as a suspicious package just an hour ago. Police are taking no chances and shut down the entire area, causing traffic mayhem on Erev Shabbos just as school was being dismissed.
