CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn [CHI] — Today, the 12th of Kislev, United Lubavitcher Yeshiva Crown Heights marked the Yohrtzeit of Rabbi Hershel Kotlarsky A”H.
Rabbi Kotlarsky was well-known for his tremendous involvement in Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim, for over 50 years. His devotion, care, and concern for the Yeshiva, its students, and finances was unparalleled.
