Guests, city leaders, officials with the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce and members of Chabad of Camarillo, California cut the ribbon to officially open the expanded facilities of Saving Lives. Started by Chabad of Camarillo, Saving Lives is a community-based coalition with a mission to reduce drug and alcohol abuse by youths throughout Ventura County.
