Moshe Holtzberg Celebrates His Bar Mitzvah

Moshe Holtzberg, orphaned in the Mumbai Chabad center massacre that took the lives of his parents 11 years ago this week, was called to the Torah for the first time in his home town of Afula, Israel on Shabbat and celebrated his bar mitzvah Sunday evening at a gala affair in Kfar Chabad, surrounded by friends and family, including the grandparents who raised him and the nanny who saved his life.

Chabad Partners Conference a Great Success

Delegate from across the globe enjoyed the Chabad Partners Conference a division of this years Kinus Hashluchim. Welcomed by Rabbi Lipa Brennan, who co chaired the event with Rabbi Dovid Eliezrie, Yorba Linda CA, the attendees enjoyed a series of speeches, presentations and dialogues during which they developed a deeper understanding of Chabad and their role as partners of the Shluchim.

70 Days For 70 Years, A New Initiative

An exciting new initiative is being launched as we approach the 70th year of the Rebbe’s leadership. Proposed at the Kinus Hashluchim, the campaign will launch a 70 day learning program between Rosh Chodesh Kislev and Yud Shevat, inviting all Anash to share a Moshiach thought with ten people daily, through classes, social media, or personal encounters.
