Many years ago, on the night the Rebbe asked that the world be divided into regions for purposes of regional Kinusim, those working on the project took a group of states from Mississippi to Washington – and many in between – and created a group they called the “Sheiris Hapleita.” Officially it was named the ‘Western Region,’ at the time encompassing about twelve Shluchim spread across twenty states.
“There are times when life on shlichus is tough but I’d never want to switch it with anything else,” declared nine-year-old Sender Ouiezerat, shliach to Shanghai, China, during his speech at the gala banquet of the Asian Regional Kinus HaShluchim. “After all, it is we who are on the front lines bringing Moshiach.”
The annual gathering of Chabad emissaries in Paris took place this past weekend. The dozens of Shluchim from all around France’s capital city came together to be inspired energized and uplifted.

On Motzei Shabbos, as the fourth day of the International Kinus Hashluchos came to a close, the thousands of emissaries attending the convention were treated to a lavish Melave Malka.
