Avrohom”, those signs were referring to Rabbi Avrohom Gerlitzky who celebrated his 61st birthday today.

SOUTH FALLSBURG, NY [CHI] — This past Shabbos hundreds of Chassidim from various krayzen joined together to hear Reb Yoel Kahan Farbreng in honor of Gimmel Tammuz. Mei Menuchos, a Lubavitcher Bungalow colony in South Fallsburg which is surrounded by several Chassidishe camps and bungalow colonies, hosted the Shiurim and Chassidishe Farbrengen which lasted all afternoon.
