Arrest Made After Child Assaulted Friday, Shomrim Volunteer Stepped In
Around 11:30am Friday, a 12-year-old riding his scooter was shoved off in an unprovoked assault in Crown Heights. Shomrim volunteers quickly intervened, leading to the suspect being located and arrested on an MTA bus by the NYPD’s 71st Precinct officers.
