Toledo, OH — School may be out for the summer, but not at Toledo’s Chabad House-Lubavitch.

The Jewish outreach center is offering free classes on Jewish studies taught by six students from yeshivas, or Jewish educational institutions, around the country.

With great sadness and pain we inform you of the extremely untimely passing of a young woman, Toby Eagle OBM of Baltimore, MD at the young age of 20.

Toby passed away following a horrible car crash early Friday morning when the car she was a passenger in flipped over while on their way to a Shliach for Shabbos.

Toby is survived by her parents Zalman Dovid and Yehudis Eagle along with her brothers and sisters.

The Levaya will be take place on Sunday, 4:00pm at the Hebrew Orthodox Memorial Cemetery located at 6820 German Hill Road, Baltimore, MD 21222.

Sholom Aleichem. Serving a master is a part of life. For some the master is the pursuit of wealth while for others it could be intellectual satisfaction. Ideally, one recognizes the Master of the World and serves only Him. Serve this or serve that, but serve one must.

Being a servant has various formats. One can be a simple servant who performs his/her duties out of absolute obedience or one can be a devoted servant who serves happily due to the realization of the great lofty status of the master. In Chassidic philosophy this matter is discussed at great length. By understanding the master/servant relationship we will be able to utilize that understanding in our serving the Master of the World.
