Jewish Internet Pioneer’s Brick-and-Mortar Legacy in Baton Rouge

In the late 1980s, Rabbi Y.Y. Kazen recognized that the future lay in what would soon become the World Wide Web. This vision would lead him to found Chabad-Lubavitch of Cyberspace, also known as Chabad.org. Adi Baruch, 22 years old from Kiryat Netafim in the Shomoron, passed away sanctifying God’s name, from the wounds she sustained from a missile attack as she approached Sderot on October 11 to fight the terrorists. Rabbi Ruvi New, one of the visiting Chabad Rabbis, with Adi’s parents’ permission recorded this song to the words of Adi’s poem.
