Heinz will change the recipe for its flagship ketchup product this summer. Under the new formula the average serving will have 160mg of sodium, down from 190mg.

Signatures in the Final Hour
Today at 7:00pm marked the end of time given to potential candidates to collect and submit their signature sheets in order to be qualified to run for the Vaad Hakohol and Gaboim in the upcoming elections. In a final push, a group of ‘young’ candidates hailing from Beis Shmuel, the Crown Heights Shul, and others stood on Crown and Kingston collecting their final signatures.

A MTA bus collided with a traffic signal pole this morning, completely uprooting it and causing significant damage. The incident took place at the intersection of Union Street and Brooklyn Avenue at around 8:45am.
